Clear glass, Schlege, cork closure.
Bottled with 8mg/l sulfites.

This Riesling gives agave vibes, for such low alcohol wine it holds a nice intensity. Notes of mint, yuzu, white Jasmin flowers and something sweet, such as Agave.
Food pairing:
White fish, such as haddock, cod with crispy skin. Bivalves, such as oysters or scallops. Pork scratching. Cheeses. Light poultry dishes such as a cesar salad, the acidity would cut through so nicely through that dressing.
