40% Pinot Blanc
40% Gruener Veltliner
20% Sauvignac All macerated for 5 days each.
Production size: 1200 bottles.
Bottled with 8mg/l added sulfites. Alcohol: 10%
Similar to Sassy, just a bit darker in colour and slightly different blend.
Notes: Minty taste, boskop apple, tangerine dreams, reminds me a little of those sage candies that you can get at the pharmacy, nimm2 orange, marigolds, Light to medium tannins.
Food pairing: Light poultry, curry dishes, lighter cheeses, lighter type fish dishes, chicken mcnugggets, shrimp salad, lobster crisps. Fried things.
