I. General Provisions
- German law applies to this contract. More favorable consumer protection provisions in the buyer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
- If the buyer has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany or another EU member state, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the seller’s registered office.
- We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
II. Conclusion of Contract
- When ordering via the online shop, the contract text is stored and the buyer receives the order details along with the sales and delivery terms by email.
- Product descriptions and prices in the online shop are non-binding and do not constitute a legally binding offer. The buyer makes a binding offer by placing an order. The contract is only concluded upon acceptance by the seller—either through delivery or explicit confirmation—not through the automatically generated order confirmation.
- The language of the contract is English.
III. Payment Terms
- The price list valid at the time of the order applies. Previous price lists become void with the release of a new one.
- All prices include the applicable VAT at the time of ordering.
- Accepted payment methods are PayPal.
- Offsetting or withholding by the buyer is only permitted if the counterclaim is undisputed or legally established.
IV. Delivery
- Delivery is typically carried out with Hermes with a standard delivery time of three working days within Germany. If using another shipping contractor makes more sense, we reserve the right to ship with a different contractor. The customer accepts this choice.
- The prices listed on product pages do not include packaging, loading, transport, insurance, or similar services. This is covered with shipping costs.
- Any additional fees related to international orders — such as bank or transfer fees — are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Delivery times and costs are based on Hermes shipping. Customs procedures in some countries may result in delays.
- By placing an order, the buyer agrees that their email address may be passed on to Hermes Germany GmbH to receive updates on the estimated delivery window. This consent can be withdrawn at any time via email. Without consent, no shipment tracking notifications can be sent.
V. Warranty
- The buyer may choose between defect correction or delivery of a defect-free replacement. If rectification fails, the buyer may either reduce the price or withdraw from the contract.
- Further claims — especially compensation for damages, consequential damages, or lost profits — are excluded unless they result from intent, gross negligence, or breach of essential contractual obligations by the seller, or in cases of injury to life, body, or health.
VI. Retention of Title
- Delivered goods remain the property of the seller until all claims from the purchase contract have been fully settled. For business customers, ownership remains with the seller until all outstanding claims are paid, even if individual goods have already been paid for.
- The buyer may neither pledge nor transfer goods under retention of title as security. In the event of seizure or other intervention by third parties, the seller must be informed in writing without delay.

VIII. Youth Protection
In accordance with legal requirements, we deliver only to individuals aged 18 or older. The delivery service will hand over the goods only after successful age verification and only to the person who placed the order.
