A mixed cider-like drink based on grapes, apples, pears, water and herbs (mugwort & birch)
Regent grapes x foraged apples and pears and infused with water, mugwort and birch. Drinks like a dark cider, tastes like the forest, brambles and mugwort are noticeable on the nose. Low tannins, it is bitter however. Drink best cold. Slightly sparkling but not a petnat. 7% alcohol.
To me you are everything. this drink does not fit one box and I am proud of that.
